It's Spring - Time to Get Ready
It is spring and so many of us have begun to detoxify our bodies. We want to purge the remnants of the winter
(primarily indoor living, inactivity or reduced activity, too much food or alcohol , medication etc.) and prepare our bodies for warmer weather.
